Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1 cup besan / gram flour
- 1/4 tbsp turmeric / haldi
- 1/2 tbsp cumin / jeera
- 1 pinch of asafoetida / hing
- 1 tbsp crushed black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
- Oil for deep frying
- Water as needed, for dough
Instructions
- Basically, in an expansive blending bowl take ½ glass rice flour and 1 container besan.
