Banana Jam Recipe
Crackalacka! Here comes a new dish to be tabled. A delightful and yummy finger-licking Banana jam recipe to have a quick bite of your morning breakfast. This dish is actually a fat burner since it is of low calorie. The taste of ginger and cinnamon mixed with rum gives a perfect savory for your tummy.
Whenever you get bored eating mixed fruit jam or Nutella… Whoa! Wait… Just joking! I know some people have a serious connection with Nutella and can’t resist eating it but I’m sure that this dish will be an alternate if you are on a weight loss mission. Just give it a try!

Banana jam recipe
A finger-licking sweet fruit jam made with ripped bananas to make your breakfast yummy!
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe bananas
- 1 1⁄2 cups Dark brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups Water
- 2 cups Light brown sugar
- 3 tbsp Lime juice extract
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Vanilla extract
- Ginger powder (sprinkle)
- 5-7 tbsp Dark rum
Instructions
- Take the ripe bananas and peel off the skin and cut/mash till it becomes smooth. It’s better if you bought it fresh.
- Now take a bowl or pan and mix water, lime juice, sugars, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger in a medium heat and stir till it becomes thick.
- Now add the mashed bananas to this mixture and stir properly. Let it cook for maximum 30 minutes.
- After half an hour i.e. at the end of few minutes add rum to it.
- Now take the jam and leave it cool aside. Once it is cooled, find a jar and place the jam inside it and seal the lid properly.
