Ingredients
- 1 cup Finger Millet Flour / Ragi Flour
- 1 cup Water
- 1 finely chopped Onion
- 2 chopped Green Chilli
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 tbsp Oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Warmth oil in a kadai. Include curry leaves, mustard, onions, green stew, salt and broil till light brilliant.
- Pour in water and curd and heat it to the point of boiling.
- Include ragi flour gradually while blending continually to maintain a strategic distance from lumps. Blend well so it gets fused and meets up.
- Exchange this to a bowl and enable it to chill off.
- Presently remove a little ball from this and spread it over an oiled plastic sheet. This will keep it from sticking.
- Warmth a tawa and put this adai cautiously over it and cook for 1 min on one side.
- Flip over and cook on opposite side as well.
- Tranfer to a hot case and serve with any hot chutney.
