Ingredients

  • 1 cup Finger Millet Flour / Ragi Flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 spring Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Curd
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Warmth oil in a kadai. Include curry leaves, mustard, onions, green stew, salt and broil till light brilliant.
  • Pour in water and curd and heat it to the point of boiling.
  • Include ragi flour gradually while blending continually to maintain a strategic distance from lumps. Blend well so it gets fused and meets up.
  • Exchange this to a bowl and enable it to chill off.
  • Presently remove a little ball from this and spread it over an oiled plastic sheet. This will keep it from sticking.
  • Warmth a tawa and put this adai cautiously over it and cook for 1 min on one side.
  • Flip over and cook on opposite side as well.
  • Tranfer to a hot case and serve with any hot chutney.
