Prawn Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg raw large shrimp
- 2 to matoes medium size
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 3 onions
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coarse hot red pepper
- 1 tsp jeera and coriander seeds.
- 1 tsp zeera seed
- 2 tsp Curry.
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut.
- 2 tsp tomato paste.
- 100 ml low-fat cream
- 2.5 Art. vegetable oil
- black pepper
- salt
Instructions
- Broil the cumin and coriander in a dry warmed pan, shaking for 2– 3 minutes, at that point cleave in a mortar. Hack ginger and garlic.
