Pizza Omelette Recipe
A very simple recipe. Everyone loves pizzas, we must admit, but here the pizza dough is replaced by egg beaten omelette.
To make this recipe you need a porcelain or glass pie plate because you start cooking on the gas with an insulating plate under the mold and continue cooking in the oven.
You can taste this omelette hot or cold pizza but it need to be mentioned that you can find it better cold, at room temperature, because it really feels then all the perfumes. It is therefore an ideal dish for hot summer evenings with a small green salad.
It’s a recipe from the very beginning of your workbooks, it’s telling you that it has a few years but not a ride.

Pizza Omelette Recipe
Ingredients
- 60 ml of canola oil
- 3 beaten eggs
- 75 ml of cream 35%
- 75 ml of tomato sauce
- A dozen slices of pepperoni
- 2 minced white mushrooms
- 4 slices of green peppers
- 125 ml grated cheese of your choice
- Salt pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the cream
- In a frying pan heated over medium heat with the oil, pour the eggs and stir gently from the rim to the center until an omelette
- Remove from fire
- Spread tomato sauce
- Garnish with pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and cheese
- Bake in the oven (about 2 minutes)
- Cut in tip and enjoy
