Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich
Here is a dish for non-veg lovers! Preparing this chicken mayonnaise sandwich is very easy and can be done in minutes. You can either have this dish as a snack or brunch. The combined flavours of veggies with mayonnaise make it juicy and delicious keeping you appetizing. If you are an extra-spice lover you can sauté the chicken with sprinkled spices rather taking it as a boiled one.
Choose a low-fat mayo or veg mayonnaise to cut off extra calories or you can try replacing it with boiled vegetables. Either way chicken will serve delicious to your tummy.

Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich
Easy appetizing dish made with lettuce and chicken perfect for your snack or brunch
Ingredients
- 200 gm Chicken (Boneless)
- 1/2 tbsp Crushed Pepper
- 6 slices Bread
- 2 leaves lettuce or cabbage
- 3 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- Salt
Instructions
Preparation of chicken sandwich:
- Boil the water first and then add the boneless chicken and let it cook until it’s done.
- Take out the boiled chicken and shred it. Now take a bowl and add the ingredients and herbs. Mix it well and keep aside.
- Slice the bread on a plate and cut off the crust. Take the lettuce leaves and place it on the bread slice and add the chicken mixture on top of it.
- Now halve the slices diagonally and serve as hot or cold.
Notes
You can toast the bread for a crunchy munch and can also prefer sauteed chicken with little spices to add an extra taste. Also, as an add-on, you can use ginger or garlic for spicy taste in your ingredients.
