Chicken Mayonnaise Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Chicken (Boneless)
  • 1/2 tbsp Crushed Pepper
  • 6 slices Bread
  • 2 leaves lettuce or cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt

Instructions
 

Preparation of chicken sandwich:

  • Boil the water first and then add the boneless chicken and let it cook until it’s done. 
  • Take out the boiled chicken and shred it. Now take a bowl and add the ingredients and herbs. Mix it well and keep aside.
  • Slice the bread on a plate and cut off the crust. Take the lettuce leaves and place it on the bread slice and add the chicken mixture on top of it.
  • Now halve the slices diagonally and serve as hot or cold. 

Notes

You can toast the bread for a crunchy munch and can also prefer sauteed chicken with little spices to add an extra taste. Also, as an add-on, you can use ginger or garlic for spicy taste in your ingredients.
