Boil the water first and then add the boneless chicken and let it cook until it’s done.
Take out the boiled chicken and shred it. Now take a bowl and add the ingredients and herbs. Mix it well and keep aside.
Slice the bread on a plate and cut off the crust. Take the lettuce leaves and place it on the bread slice and add the chicken mixture on top of it.
Now halve the slices diagonally and serve as hot or cold.
Notes
You can toast the bread for a crunchy munch and can also prefer sauteed chicken with little spices to add an extra taste. Also, as an add-on, you can use ginger or garlic for spicy taste in your ingredients.
