  • First of all, pour a tablespoon of cocoa powder in a bowl and add about two hundred grams of milk powder to the same place. Stir to mix both ingredients.
  • There also send condensed milk with sugar, which is often sold in jars. It is impossible to say the exact amount - pour about two tablespoons and knead until the mixture is thick and stretching. If necessary, add more condensed milk. In the case when the opposite happens - there will be too much condensed milk, add powdered milk and knead.
  • The resulting mass must be sent to the refrigerator for thirty minutes, so that it is well frozen. So she will not stick to her hands and acquire the desired consistency for work.
  • In the same way we collect the ingredients for a white dessert, only, you guessed it, without cocoa powder. Separately mix the condensed and dry milk, knead and send in the refrigerator for the same time.
  • After the specified time, we get our base and proceed to further cooking. Place a small amount of cocoa on the bottom of the plate. We take a small amount of condensed mass with a teaspoon, wrap it in cocoa and form a candy by rolling it into a ball. The first candy is ready.
  • To assemble a white candy, you need to sprinkle the plate with powdered milk, and then repeat all the actions - we envelop and roll the ball. In the middle of the ball, place the peeled nut and give the desired shape to candy - it can be a square, a triangle or you can leave the ball.
  • In general and in general, our sweets are ready, lay on a plate and let's go to treat friends and relatives.

There is another simple way to make sweets from powdered milk at home. To do this, melt about two hundred grams of butter and send 150 grams of sugar to it. Mix this whole thing well, and as soon as you notice bubbles on the surface of the mass, add sour cream, a little less than two hundred grams. Again we wait until the foam appears, and leave the container aside. Immediately add a tiny amount of vanillin and pour 420 grams of milk powder. Put the mixer on low speed and whisk until you get a sticky consistency. The resulting mass is sent to a convenient container, sprinkle with nuts and press them. Nuts, by the way, as in the first recipe, you can use according to your taste preferences. After that, put in the refrigerator for several hours - optimally, leave overnight. We take out, we cut into portions and we use.
