Matar Mushroom Recipe

Karri is the name of a variety of spicy thick liquid dishes made from stewed vegetables, legumes, and / or meat that are common in southern India. Curries are usually seasoned with a spicy mix of seasonings and, as a rule, served with rice. A mixture of curry seasonings is also called curry, see the curry article (seasoning). The term is derived from the Tamil word (there.), Which means “sauce.” In the Western world, the word curry can serve as a name for almost any dish cooked with spices and based on a South Asian-style sauce. In European cuisine, the term “curry”, as a rule, refers to food prepared with the addition of curry seasoning to the sauce, on the basis of which the dish is prepared, or dry, when frying in a frying pan or grilling.
