Pepper Prawns Recipe
This shrimp recipe is easy to make, almost 10 minutes for cooking. I received this book from my daughter who had a job training in Paris. The book is Paris-Hanoi, recipes from Vietnam. The recipes are very well explained and delicious. These shrimp are good only if pepper very generously. Serve with a green salad, accompanied by hot French crusty bread, which everyone can soak in the garlic butter that will remain on his plate to enjoy!

- 3 branches of coriander
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon of green peppercorns

Instructions
- Shrimp by keeping the tail and hack on the back to get a nice shape when cooking. Remove the black filament. Wash them. Chop 1 clove of garlic and coriander. Crush them with a pestle in a mortar with the green pepper. Mix marinade and shrimp and let macerate one hour in the fridge.
- Slice the onion into strips. Chop a clove of garlic. In a wok, heat the oil. Brown onion and garlic while stirring constantly. Pour 1 tablespoon of oil then, when it is very hot, sauté the shrimp by adding the marinade. Sauté 5 minutes to avoid drying the shrimp.
