Ramen Noodle Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Soy bean boiled beans
- 1 piece Avocado
- 1 pc Mango
- 1/2 Art Almond
- 1/2 Art Green onions
- 2/3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/3 tbsp Honey
- 1/3 Art Rice vinegar
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp Sesame oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 210 degrees.
- Sprinkle the bottom of the form with crumbled noodles and almond slices, mix.
- Fry for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove baking tray and mix well. Put in the oven again and fry for another 3 minutes. Make sure the mixture is not burnt. Takeout and set aside.
- Dice mango and avocado. Add soy beans.
- Mix honey,vinegar and soy sauce, butter and finely chopped onion.
- Season all ingredients with cooked sauce in a large bowl, add noodles and almonds.
- Serve immediately after cooking or cover and store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days.
