Semolina Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1L of boiling milk
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 100 grams of butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 250 grams of semolina
  • Fragrance at will mix

Add to the mixture

  • 75 grams of butter
  • four white whipped snow

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the semolina, allow to thicken stirring (so that it does not attach) about 5-10 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and raisins.
  • Cook until you get a thick paste, pour into a mold.
  • Cool for at least 3 hours.
  • Serve with a red fruit coulis or strawberry syrup.
  • Simple and delicious! What could be better!
