Semolina Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1L of boiling milk
- 125 grams of sugar
- 100 grams of butter
- a pinch of salt
- 250 grams of semolina
- Fragrance at will mix
Add to the mixture
- 75 grams of butter
- four white whipped snow
Instructions
- Heat the milk in a saucepan, add the semolina, allow to thicken stirring (so that it does not attach) about 5-10 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and raisins.
- Cook until you get a thick paste, pour into a mold.
- Cool for at least 3 hours.
- Serve with a red fruit coulis or strawberry syrup.
