Chop cooled chicken fillet very finely.
We rub eggs on a large grater.
Rub cheese on a fine grater (leave some of the cheese for decoration).
In the prepared dish mix all the ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add greens, mayonnaise and mix well.
From the resulting mass we form balls and roll them in cheese.
Decorate the plate with lettuce, lay the balls and sprinkle with greens on top.
Snack is ready, you can serve.
