Ingredients
  

  • 200 g uncooked Thai rice
  • 20 cl of coconut milk to be completed with a little water
  • Salt
  • 1 onion in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of red curry paste or more according to your tolerance to spicy cooking
  • 1 ripe mango diced
  • 1 handful of freshly chopped coriander

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the rice once and then put it in the rice field (rice cooker), add the coconut milk and a little water, salt. Let the rice field do the work for you.
  • In a wok , fry the chopped onion , add the red curry paste and stir until it begins to dissolve.
  • Throw the coconut milk rice into the wok and mix well so that it takes a nice color thanks to the red curry paste.
  • Leave to cook while stirring for ten minutes then 1 min before extinguishing the fire add the chopped coriander and the diced mango.
  • You can add slices of chicken and shrimp to make a complete dish and not vegetarian.
