For Manchuirian Gravy

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Finely chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 Chopped spring onion
  • 1/4 cubed Capsicum
  • 1 - 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt to taste
